Adaptive reuse project converting a 33,000 square foot  historic former Woolworth's department store, in downtown Port Huron, into 3 levels of mixed use space.  Preliminary plans include a 10,300 square foot upscale grocery marketplace on street level as well as an additional 3,000 square foot underground beer and wine cellar.  The second floor will include 3 luxury office suites as well as a 2 bedroom / 2 bath luxury loft dwelling unit with exterior stairway access to a rooftop patio overlooking the St. Clair River and the surrounding downtown area.
