Adaptive reuse project converting a 14,600 SF former Gordon Food Service store into edgy professional medical office spaces.  We received  Special Use Approval from the Wixom Planning Commission, divided the space into 4 medical suites, re-imagined the exterior design adding new glazing and bold metal canopies to highlight new  Wixom Road direct suite entries. We designed the 4,200 SF Ganger Dermatology office. Built in 2 phases to accommodate the growth of Ganger's 2nd location, the completed office contains 6 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms and flex space to continue growing into.
