Renovation of and addition to a non descript 2,400 SF 1990's ranch on a gorgeous equestrian estate. The entire interior layout was reconfigured horizontally and vertically.  This allowed for the insertion of dramatic ceilings within the existing roof structure.  An additional  700 SF was added and in the end we were able to  create nearly 5,600 SF of new finished living space for the owners.
